Rosanne S. Horan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with distinction, from University of Virginia, her Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Missouri earning membership in Beta Gamma Sigma honorary and her Juris Doctorate cum laude from Saint Louis University.  She is also the former Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of a national financial planning firm.  Rosanne is an active member in many organizations.  She is a member of the Missouri Bar as well as the Wisconsin Bar.  She is a member of Wealth Counsel.     LAW FIRM ASSISTANTS:   Emily Hughes has served as an assistant to Rosanne Horan since 2009. She provides administrative and client support in estate planning, probate, debt defense, and business matters, and assists with the office’s administrative operations and marketing. Emily is also a Notary Public. Prior to beginning her career in the legal field, Emily earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Education, with distinction, from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Gavin Suter has served as an assistant to Rosanne Horan since 2026, providing administrative and client support across a variety of legal matters. He is also a commissioned Notary Public. Gavin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Missouri–Columbia, with a minor in Sociology and a certificate in Multicultural Studies.
